We are currently seeking a new team member who will collaborate with our experts in the development of construction operations across office, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct contract and project analysis, budget estimation, macro-level planning, and develop Quality Plans.
  • Collaborate with the client (DO) to establish a unified project strategy, re-budget as necessary, and set key milestones.
  • Negotiate and select suppliers and service providers aligned with project requirements.
  • Oversee detailed planning, manage technical information, and support project execution preparations.
  • Monitor deviations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise the quality of project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and facilitate communication with the client during project meetings, including validating meeting minutes and weekly reports.
  • Manage progress reports, financial schedules, amendments, project dashboards, and provide updates to management.
  • Oversee technical documentation, finalize terms, manage provisional acceptance, and close Cost Centers.
  • Coordinate transfer to After-Sales, evaluate suppliers, and monitor warranty periods.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Architect and/or Engineer in similar roles (3-5 years).
  • Experience in office, retail, and hospitality projects is valued.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (Portuguese and English).
  • Dynamism, creativity, and autonomy.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate, and be results-oriented.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Driving license (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites nationwide.
