Ledcor is seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Construction Manager to oversee daily field operations. This key role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality standards. The successful candidate will execute project plans and schedules, enforce site safety and quality control, and manage field staff, contractors, and tradespeople. The position requires the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects comply with plans, specifications, shop drawings, and building codes.
• Oversee quality testing and manage conformance to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Maintain site safety standards according to safety manuals and regulations.
• Lead safety meetings and contribute to developing the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP).
• Monitor construction schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for multi-discipline estimates.
• Coordinate resources and provide guidance to meet project goals.
• Supervise on-site craft employees and subcontractors regarding safety, schedule, and quality.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and review invoices from sub-trades and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of construction experience in supervisory roles such as foreman or lead hand.
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma (preferred).
• Knowledge of current construction practices, documentation, costs, and budgets.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules and develop solutions for moderate issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Working Conditions:

• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• This is a site-based role requiring 100% travel.
