Job summary

Fischer Homes in Cincinnati is offering Co-Op/Intern opportunities as part of our training-driven pathway for students in construction management engineering or related fields.

You will work with Field Managers to support the home-building process, coordinate with trade partners and customers, and complete scheduled eLearning courses and Sapphire trainings to build practical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our construction Field Managers as they manage the new home build process from start to finish.
• Communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on progress of the homes.
• Completes PACE eLearning courses.
• Participate in Sapphire training to gain knowledge in scheduling, purchase order management and warranty service administration.
• Observe home orientations.
• Develops and gains an understanding of new home construction knowledge by completing a variety of job scopes.
