Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking motivated Co-Ops/Interns to receive practical training in their focused area of study and to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them each step of the way.

You will thrive by using real data to evaluate problems within company policies, communicating daily with customers and trade partners, and approaching tasks in a systematic and organized manner.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our construction Field Managers as they manage the new home build process from start to finish.
• Communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on the progress of the homes.
• Completes PACE eLearning courses.
• Participate in Sapphire training to gain knowledge in scheduling, purchase order management and warranty service administration.
• Observe home orientations.
• Develops and gains an understanding of new home construction knowledge by completing a variety of job scopes.
