Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our pre-assembly factory and on-site systems operating at peak efficiency. You will inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, working closely with field operations and design engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% across the continental US. OSHA awareness and safety practices are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintaining industrial/manufacturing equipment in multidisciplinary roles
• Deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Practical understanding of failure mode analysis
• Understanding of industrial safety practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Site-based role with projects across the continental US

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair pre-assembly factory systems
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure efficiency
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical/electrical equipment
• Escalate Tier 1 issues to Tier 2 with discretion
• Support on-site field systems engineer and project team
• Troubleshoot and maintain other site equipment as needed
• Document maintenance procedures
• Work outside 10 hours a day and lift 50 pounds
• Travel 80% to project sites across the US; travel expenses covered
