Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a field technician in solar or construction.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install prototype hardware and field instrumentation.
• Execute daily test protocols and log results.
• Document field observations and collaborate with engineering.
