Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or applicable experience.
• Ability to travel up to 100% as required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned Dollar General locations to address maintenance tickets.
• Troubleshoot and document asset information for on-site projects.
• Support entry-level maintenance and preventative tasks with store leadership.
• Document tickets and resolutions in the CMMS within required timeframes.
• Provide on-site training and guidance; may include after-hours work as needed.
