Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands in the United States seeks a Maintenance Technician focused on field work to keep car wash equipment running. This is a hands-on role: diagnose and repair issues in real time, work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and controls, and troubleshoot to get sites back up quickly.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, follow simple routines, collaborate with site teams, and take ownership to fix problems without supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to take things apart and rebuild them.
• Basic electrical knowledge including motor controls and high/low voltage concepts.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and make field decisions.
• Takes ownership and acts without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine service to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify root causes and act quickly to restore operations.
• Team & Site Support: Collaborate with site teams and communicate next steps.
