Job summary

PitStop Car Wash in Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Field-Focused, Hands-On) to keep our car wash sites running. You’ll diagnose and repair equipment in real time, work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with no desk duty. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot under pressure, and collaborate with site teams.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem solving.
• Basic electrical knowledge (voltage and controls).
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs on car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly to get sites back up.
• Preventative maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with site teams and communicate clearly.
