Job summary

Wash and Roll is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple car wash locations across East Tennessee. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water treatment systems to keep sites operating with minimal downtime.

This field-based role requires independent problem-solving, reliability, and the ability to travel between sites with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge (120V/240V/480V).
• Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, or similar equipment.
• Safe use of hand/tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on tunnel and support equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair pumps, motors, conveyors, and chemical systems.
• Maintain air compressors, plumbing, and water reclaim systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls.
• Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
• Coordinate repairs with site managers to reduce downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure safe equipment operation.
• Travel between East Tennessee locations for maintenance.
