Job summary

Silverstar-Car-Wash- is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our car wash sites running. This field-focused, hands-on role involves diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and tackling issues with urgency and practicality.

You'll work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls daily, often outdoors, with a team-first mindset and clear communication to site staff.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble and reassemble components.
• Basic electrical knowledge; motor controls a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus, not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs at car wash sites (primary focus).
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time.
• Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and keep sites up and running.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service.
• Identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
• Collaborate with site teams and communicate next steps.
