Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Light Industrial Maintenance) to repair, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on carwash equipment across the regional network. This role travels daily to sites and supports installations and repairs to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in industrial maintenance, and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship is a plus.
• OSHA safety standards familiarity as it pertains to maintenance.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in industrial or car wash setting.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Able to pass background check to operate company vehicle and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
• Ensure maximum uptime for sites through regular preventative maintenance.
• Install and/or support new equipment installation in sites.
• Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within guidelines based on severity.
• Coach site personnel on identifying and reporting equipment performance issues.
• Manage parts inventory needed to keep sites operational.
• Maintain company vehicle via safe driving practices and maintenance.
• Address all facility issues within assigned sites.
• Perform other duties as required.
