Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a group of locations with repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance. The role involves daily travel to sites, handling routine maintenance and unscheduled repairs, and ensuring safe, timely resolution of facility issues within the assigned area.

The candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship is a plus, and 2+ years in a maintenance role, ideally in industrial or car wash

Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship is a plus.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations for this role.
Minimum two years of maintenance experience in industrial or car wash settings.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
Ensure maximum uptime via regular preventative maintenance.
Install and support new equipment installations at sites.
Manage time to complete tasks within guidelines based on issue severity.
Coach site personnel on identifying and reporting issues.
