Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will repair, service and maintain carwash equipment across assigned locations. The role requires daily travel to sites, performing scheduled maintenance and promptly addressing breakdowns to ensure uptime and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in a maintenance role, familiarity with OSHA safety standards, and the ability to pass a background check to operate the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
• Ensures maximum uptime through regular preventative maintenance.
• Installs and/or supports new equipment installation at sites.
• Manages time to complete tasks within guidelines based on issue severity.
• Coaches site personnel on equipment performance and facility issues.
• Manages parts inventory to keep sites operational.
• Maintains company vehicle and adheres to driving requirements.
• Addresses all facility-related issues within assigned sites.
• Other duties as required.
