Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for repair, upkeep and preventative maintenance for an assigned group of locations. This role travels daily to perform routine scheduled maintenance and address unscheduled breakdowns, ensuring issues are corrected safely and promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship preferred.
• OSHA safety standards familiarity relevant to the role.
• Minimum two years in a comprehensive maintenance role.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
• Maintain maximum site uptime via preventative maintenance.
• Assist with installation of new equipment at sites.
• Manage time to complete tasks within guidelines based on severity.
• Coach site personnel on equipment performance and facility issues.
• Manage inventory of parts to keep sites operational.
• Maintain company vehicle per safety guidelines.
• Address facility-related issues within assigned sites.
• Perform other duties as required.
