Job summary

Colliers Maintenance Technician role involves supporting multiple Atlanta-area properties with mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. You will perform PMs, respond to tenant requests, and assist with trades, safety, and vendor coordination across sites.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in HVAC or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within our facilities team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HVAC mechanical concepts and basic electrical/plumbing.
• Evidence of mechanical aptitude and strong customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine tenant comfort calls.
• Perform PM functions with minimal supervision.
• Be conversant with building automation controls.
• Understand and operate life safety systems.
• Perform routine repairs unsupervised and assist with minor electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Coordinate vendor visits and monitor work in CMMS.
• Promote safe work environment and assist in building operations.
