You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent and basic English, with prior maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances) and EPA Type I/II preferred. On-call rotation and teamwork are essential to meet move-in deadlines and property goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English communication to follow instructions and interact with residents.
• Prior general maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• EPA Type I/II certification preferred; may be required in some locations.
• Basic computer skills and use of maintenance software and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and thorough completion of all resident service requests, including after-hours and emergency needs.
• Execute unit turnovers and make-readies for new residents to meet move-in deadlines with high-quality standards.
• Proactively maintain the exterior and common areas of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and shared spaces.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
• Identify and address maintenance issues to minimize disruptions and improve property efficiency.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies; report hazards promptly.
• Utilize property resources, tools, and supplies safely, maintaining equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to meet property goals.
• Maintain a professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
