Job summary

Fetch-Home-Management-LL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. You will manage staff, schedule work, and ensure timely execution of projects.

Responsibilities include evaluating building systems, developing procedures, assisting with budgets, and ensuring work is completed correctly. Requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required.
• At least 3 years management experience under similar role.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proficient knowledge with GSuite (GMail)
• Proficient knowledge of software
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
  
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds at a time.
