Job summary

Smarte Carte, Inc. is seeking a Field Maintenance and Repair Technician to service locations in the Indianapolis area on a full-time basis. The role involves maintenance, repair, cleaning, and regular servicing of strollers, massage chairs, and lockers with daily local travel.

The position requires a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple locations. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field-based product support experience (route) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a customer service role required.
• 2-year Associates or Technical Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for area P&L, with the expectation to deliver excellent results vs. annual and strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the mall and Smarte Carte community.
• Inspect and perform maintenance on equipment, including Carts, CMUs, Strollers, Massage Chairs, and Locker Systems.
• Perform cash/credit card collections and complete end-of-month paperwork.
• Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
