Responsibilities

• Attends regular schedule and performs assigned duties.
• On-site licensure inspections and investigations into abuse/neglect/exploitation.
• Prepare written reports detailing deficiencies and supporting regulatory findings.
• Provide testimony at hearings or court proceedings as needed.
• Travel up to 80%; on-call duties may be required.
• Train new hires and mentor staff.
