Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections and investigations, including abuse/neglect/exploitation cases.
• Prepare clear written reports detailing deficiencies and regulatory findings.
• Provide testimony at hearings or court regarding investigation results.
• Train new hires through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• Travel up to 80% and work outside standard hours as needed.
