Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Chile seeks a logistics professional to support multiple projects by managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring safe, timely, and economical delivery of materials and equipment to meet project requirements.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, enter shipment milestones into DSCS and TMS, and prepare logistics reports, bidding tabs, and contract documents in line with Bechtel policies.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience executing logistics for large industrial projects.
• Knowledge of global trade lanes and multimodal logistics.
• Ability to multi-task under tight schedules and high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Bechtel and project safety requirements into logistics tasks.
• Perform domestic and international multi-leg shipment responsibilities.
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics.
• Enter shipment milestones and tracking into DSCS and TMS.
• Identify transport cost and service alternatives.
• Prepare Logistics Service Provider bids, commitments, and contracts.
• Prepare logistics studies including site visits.
