Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) in Minnesota seeks a Field Logistics Coordinator to support the Energy division. You will receive, inspect, and track deliveries, maintain site inventory, assist with staging and layout of materials, track tools, and help with daily logs and job cost coding on projects.

You will serve as on-site quality control and coordinate with field crews, while ensuring accurate records, strong communication, and adherence to KE's Safety, People, Passion, and Performance values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with basic construction administration processes.
• Knowledge of electrical or photovoltaic (solar) construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and track incoming deliveries and materials.
• Maintain site material inventory and notify teams of discrepancies.
• Assist with site staging and layout of materials.
• Track and check in tools, equipment, and rental items.
• Populate daily crew timecards and enter job cost codes.
• Assist with daily logs and photo documentation via Procore.
