Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a Traveling Site Coordinator to support the Energy division from Goodhue, MN. You will coordinate onsite field logistics, equipment, and material deliveries, helping crews stay productive and aligned with project timelines.

In this role you’ll inspect deliveries, track inventory, manage logs and documentation, and ensure quality control on-site. The position requires travel and a hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of basic construction administration processes.
• Knowledge of electrical or photovoltaic (solar) construction preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and track incoming deliveries and materials.
• Maintain site material inventory and notify teams of discrepancies.
• Assist with site staging and layout of materials.
• Track and check in tools, equipment, and rental items.
• Populate daily crew timecards and enter job cost codes.
• Assist with daily logs and photo documentation via Procore.
• Serve as onsite quality control and upload benchmarks.
• Help maintain site organization and cleanliness.
• Support tool requests and coordinate with asset management.
• Perform general support tasks and assist crews as directed.
