Job summary

Eversource is seeking a Lineworker to install, repair, and maintain distribution and transmission circuits and substations across multiple locations in New Hampshire. The role involves rigging poles, installing transformers, and performing duties on energized equipment as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License. Overtime during storms and emergency assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to climb and work on poles and structures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• CDL/Class A with O endorsement and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair, maintain, and remove distribution and transmission circuits and substations.
• Rig poles on energized and de-energized circuits; install transformers and other components.
• Participate in storm restoration and emergency assignments; work overtime when needed.
• ALTP program involvement with structured training and location-based reporting.
