Bermex, Inc. is seeking a Line Locator Technician II to accurately detect, locate, and mark underground utilities. The role requires attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in varying field conditions.

Responsibilities include ticket management from 811, map interpretation, field locating with equipment, and precise documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with requirements that emphasize safety and reliability.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of line locating experience.
• Ability to read utility maps, prints, work tickets.
• Must provide documentation of Pipeline Operator Qualification (OQ) training.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and complete work tickets from the 811 system.
• Read and interpret utility maps and tickets showing underground utilities.
• Use locating equipment and maps to identify utility locations.
• Accurately mark locations with color-coded markings.
• Document completed work using digital devices and reports.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
