Job summary

ROVEMA North America, based in Norcross, GA, seeks a dynamic Service Sales Manager to drive Lifecycle Services revenue across an assigned territory. You will develop customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver parts, service, and modernization projects.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in field sales or service sales, strong communication, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in field service, service sales, field sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers throughout an assigned territory.
• Conduct regular site visits to strengthen customer relationships and visibility.
• Build relationships with maintenance, engineering, operations, purchasing, and leadership personnel.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary field-based Lifecycle Services contact for customers.
• Develop territory plans and account strategies to drive Lifecycle Services growth.
