Job summary

ROVEMA North America is seeking a dynamic Service Sales Manager to drive Lifecycle Services in an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with customers, conduct site visits, and identify opportunities for parts, service, training, audits, retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects.

You will develop territory plans, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with engineering, project management, and inside sales to maximize value for leading food and beverage manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field service, service sales, field sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Lifecycle Services opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct regular site visits to strengthen customer relationships and gain visibility.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts, field service, training, audits, retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and timely handoffs to Lifecycle Services team.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to tailor customer-specific solutions and proposals.
• Drive Lifecycle Services revenue growth and track activity in CRM/funnel management system.
