Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Field Life Agent in Michigan to build member relationships and drive growth through Life, Health, Annuity, and Financial Services products. You will develop leads, present proposals, and close sales while delivering exceptional service and cross-selling with branch teams.

You will work in a value-driven, high-activity sales environment with a structured compensation plan that includes base pay, commissions, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active valid State Life license must be maintained.
• Ability to pass LUTC or CLU coursework.
• Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products.
• Possession of a valid State driver’s license.
• Ability to qualify, obtain, and maintain applicable state licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' proven life insurance sales experience.
• Experience selling intangible products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products within the branch with minimal supervision.
• Develop leads and prospects via calls, mailings, referrals, networking, inquiries, and seminars.
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features and sales techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems; build sales through follow-up.
• Complete applications and ensure transactions comply with company policies.
• Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and sustain production standards.
• Collaborate with branch to maximize leads and cross-sell opportunities; assist Underwriting/Brokerage.
