The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and an active adjuster license where required. Expect a role based remotely with field work and occasional office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 1 year of bodily injury or property damage claim experience.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Handle low to moderately complex liability claims including coverage disputes.
• Gather and investigate information to determine coverage and liability.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and ensure accurate payments.
• Maintain accurate claim activity in the system.
