Qualifications

• West Virginia Adjusters license or willingness to obtain WV license required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates coverage and liability in complex claims.
• Handles claims involving complex liability, damages or coverages.
• Negotiates with parties within designated authority.
• Documents files and submits reports; identifies subrogation opportunities.
