Job summary

Transfr is seeking an experienced Professional Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact, in-person learning sessions for educators and workforce partners. You will tailor content to customer contexts, help users understand Transfr solutions, and analyze feedback to improve training outcomes. The role requires extensive travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years delivering professional learning or training for educators.
2+ years experience with instructional technology or edtech tools.
Demonstrated success facilitating in-person training.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team.
Tailor training content to address specific customer contexts including CTE and workforce development.
Guide educators and administrators to understand the scope and functionality of Transfr’s solutions.
Collect and analyze feedback, surveys, and metrics to improve training effectiveness.
Serve as a bridge between customer needs and the Programs Team and Professional Services.
Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth transitions.
