Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver training and professional development to educators, onsite or online, leveraging MTSS and assessment support. The role emphasizes data-based decision making, adult learning principles, and strong communication.

Extensive travel is required during peak season (August-October). A Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant experience is preferred, along with proficiency in common educational tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership, School Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various learning formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 academic and social-emotional measures.
• Direct experience using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, and/or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Proficiency in educational technologies and supporting students/teachers in their use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite or web-based formats.
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings.
• Plan and travel independently, especially during peak season.
• Work with customers to understand training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
