Job summary

Transfr Inc. is seeking Professional Learning Facilitators to deliver high-impact in-person professional learning for educators and workforce partners.

You will tailor training to customer needs, driving adoption of Transfr’s immersive solutions across CT E and workforce development contexts. The role requires collaboration with Programs Team and Professional Services, travel across the U.S., and flexibility to meet customer schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years delivering professional learning for educators.
• 2+ years with instructional technology and digital learning platforms.
• Proven success facilitating in-person workshops.
• Strong adult learning principles knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer-facing training.
• Comfort with technology and quick learner of new platforms.
• Ability to adapt facilitation to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively; sessions onsite.
• Flexible to training schedules aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person professional learning sessions as designed by Programs Team.
• Tailor training content to address customer contexts, especially within CTE and workforce development.
• Guide educators to understand Transfr’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze feedback and performance metrics to improve training.
• Bridge customer needs with Programs Team and Professional Services.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers for smooth transitions.
