Job summary

BrandSafway seeks a leadperson to direct field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires coordinating take-offs, material requisitions, and logistics with strong pre-job planning.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in related field and at least three years supporting foreperson supervision of craft crews, with a focus on safety, QA/QC, and hazard awareness on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field experience in related trades.
• Three years assisting Foreperson with supervision of craft personnel.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, logistics and pre-job planning.
• Front line contact for safety, QA/QC, and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct the direction of field personnel to complete work safely, on time and within budget.
• Ensure tasks align with scope of work and project constraints.
• Act as primary safety/QA contact and monitor hazardous conditions on site.
