Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Foreperson-level leader to direct field personnel on industrial projects. You will ensure work is performed safely, per scope, on time, and within budget, while coordinating field take-off, material logistics, and pre-job planning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related field roles and 3+ years assisting Forepersons with crew supervision, acting as the safety and QA/QC liaison on site.

Qualifications

• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Minimum five years of related field experience.
• Minimum three years assisting Foreperson with supervision of craft personnel.
• Front-line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, and Job Safety Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directs field personnel to complete work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and QA/QC standards on site.
