Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and drivers performing industrial cleaning and environmental services.
• Lead field staff, ensuring adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate on-call response operations and resource deployment, including overtime and travel.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and prevent maintenance issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in the field.
• Maintain documentation such as job reports, logs, and incident reports.
• Participate in safety briefings and required trainings.
