Job summary

Ambipar Response is seeking a CDL A Supervisor to provide leadership for a team of technicians and drivers in environmental services and spill response. The role ensures safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT, while managing on-call deployments and travel.

Responsibilities include equipment readiness, maintenance oversight, and timely documentation. The position requires strong communication, scheduling, and ability to work in demanding conditions with PPE and hazardous materials handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
• Ability to pass DOT and Hazmat physical examinations.
• Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians and drivers in industrial cleaning, environmental services, and spill response.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company policies.
• Manages on-call deployments and travel coordination, including overtime.
• Oversees equipment readiness and preventive maintenance.
• Leads field operations with PPE and safe operation of vacuum trucks and related equipment.
• Spearheads documentation such as job reports, logs, and incident reports.
• Ensures training compliance and maintains housekeeping standards.
