Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking a UGE Laborer/Groundman to support construction crews on site, preparing and cleaning sites, loading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

CDL Class A is preferred for advanced roles. Work is outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions; you will help maintain safety and efficiency on projects while supporting site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the construction site for work, removing debris and hazards.
• Assist tradespeople in completing skilled tasks more effectively.
• Identify utilities and monitor dig crews to prevent hits.
• Clean up and maintain equipment.
• Restock trucks with supplies to ensure crews have tools and materials.
