Job summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking a UGE Laborer/Groundman to support construction crews on various projects. You will prepare sites, load and unload materials, and assist skilled workers to maintain a safe, efficient work environment on-site.

Responsibilities include identifying utilities, keeping equipment clean, and ensuring crews have the necessary tools. This position requires physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• CDL Class A driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the construction site for work, removing debris and hazards.
• Assist tradesmen to complete their skilled tasks more effectively.
• Identify utilities and watch dig crews to prevent utility hits.
• Clean up and maintain equipment.
• Restock trucks with supplies to ensure crews have tools and materials.
