Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This hands-on role goes beyond helpdesk, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across entire buildings.

Ideal candidates thrive in field work, with 1 year IT/Telecom experience and certifications such as A+ or Network+. You’ll travel within a regional territory and stay on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• Certifications: A+ or Network+ or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
