Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base in field installations and service across diverse environments. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, from OS installations to structured cabling and telecom work, often onsite at client facilities.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, on-call and ready to respond within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT/Telecom experience and one of the listed certifications.
• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in varied field environments and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
