Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you’re drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

You will work on-site across various environments, be on-call, and travel within an 80-mile radius from home.

Qualifications

• IT/telecom hands-on experience required.
• Must have on-site field work experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on-call and respond to service requests within territory.
