AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This is more than a desk job; you may install OS, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling across various sites.

The role involves independent work in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, with on-call availability and a focus on professionalism with clients.

Qualifications

• One year of I.T. or Telecom experience is required and at least one certification (A+ or Network+) or five+ years of verifiable field experience.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must have a standard set of tools for basic I.T. tasks and networking.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting

1 year I.T./Telecom experience

A+ Certification

Network+ Certification

5+ years field experience in I.T./Tele
