Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Field Telecom Technician to support a nationwide network. This remote role involves frequent travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment.

You will be the primary on-site contact for technical issues, ensuring services meet performance standards and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic abilities, customer service skills, and the flexibility to manage a demanding travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecom field support or similar role.
• Experience with fiber optics, copper cabling, and wireless tech.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and work remotely.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain telecom equipment at sites and remote locations.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) and work independently in remote environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
