Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site work at Manassas and Woodbridge, VA.
• Provide in-person and remote support across 70+ county locations.
• Image and deploy new computers; perform hardware refreshes.
• Document incidents and service requests with accuracy.
• Assist end-users with hardware and software issues; escalate when needed.
