AVASO Federal Solutions is seeking a Level 2 Field Services Technician to perform in-warranty, end-user computer hardware repairs and replacements, with knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware and peripherals (Dell preferred), and networking/server systems. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting multiple client sites within a daily travel radius.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting computer/server hardware and software (Dell a plus).
• Must be punctual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision.
• US citizenship required (Passport, REAL ID, or Passport Card).

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, research, and troubleshoot computer operating system issues (Hardware, Server, iDRAC, other hardware peripherals).
• Respond promptly and professionally to alerts and end-user IT issues.
• Update the internal ticket coordination system with ticket status information.
• Repair and replace parts in desktops, laptops, virtual machines, servers, backups, and other devices.
• Coordinate parts pickup and returns from local locations.
• Act as primary point of contact with the end-customer from dispatch to resolution.
