Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of systems administration experience.
• Certifications may be considered in lieu of education (IT only).

Responsibilities

• Lead designs for infrastructure projects and guide system initiatives.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes, including root cause analysis.
• Supervise project teams to implement technology architecture components.
• Develop and maintain run books and architectural diagrams.
• Create scripts (PowerShell/Python) to streamline operations.
• Support enterprise clients and on-call emergencies as assigned.
• Collaborate with vendors and San Manuel team members on issues.
