Job summary

Foam & Wash Car Wash is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to maintain hardware, networks, and POS integrations across 13 Hudson Valley locations. This on-site, field-based role requires regular travel between Dutchess and Orange Counties and occasional after-hours support.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate with vendors, implement security practices, backups, and PCI compliance with the enterprise-wide POS provider, and train staff on secure technology use.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or hands-on tech roles across multiple sites is required.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, backups, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to employees at HQ and car wash locations.
• Coordinate with POS provider and vendors for installations and updates.
• Maintain hardware, servers, printers, networking gear, and security measures.
• Document configurations and procedures for knowledge transfer.
