Soapy Joe's Car Wash is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to keep our growing business running smoothly. This role blends corporate help desk support with in-field troubleshooting at sites.

You’ll help users by resolving tickets, supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 11, handling basic networking, and traveling to locations to address tunnel outages, POS issues, printers, and network problems. Clear documentation and runbook creation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in help desk or field IT, multi-site experience a plus.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
• Solid basic networking knowledge (IP, DHCP, DNS, WiFi).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first IT contact for corporate and field teams.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support tickets.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, software, browsers, printers.
• Build runbooks to streamline issue resolution.
• Travel to sites to resolve tunnel outages, WiFi, POS, and devices.
• Open tickets with vendors and ISPs and document progress.
• Maintain spare equipment and quick-response kits.
